Shipping & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping

Orders will normally be shipped within 3 business/working days of receiving payment confirmation, however there may be processing, packing or shipping delays due to holidays or other unforeseen events.

All shipments within Thailand will be sent by EMS via Thailand Post, and you will be provided with a Tracking Number which you can use to track the progress of your package.

We are not responsible for any items lost, mis-delivered, damaged in transit, or any other issue that occurs after we have handed over the items to Thailand Post.

In the unlikely event that a package is lost or damaged by Thailand Post, we will not provide any refund.

In the event of any lost or damaged item, please contact Thailand Post with your order Tracking Number for assistance.

Returns & Refunds

Returns must be requested within 15 days of the initial order date.

Before returning an item, you must obtain prior Return Approval from us.

Once your return has been approved, we will provide a return Shipping Address.

You assume all costs of shipping the returned item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service such as Thailand Post’s EMS service to return items.

We are not responsible for any returned items which are not received by us. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You are responsible for ensuring that we receive the returned item.

Once the item is received and inspected we will either issue a refund or issue store credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original packing/shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Any return item not prior approved will not be credited and will be discarded as used.

Restocking charges (minimum of 100 THB or 20% whichever is greater) or other return fees may apply.
